We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind cancellations. However, we are happy to provide a store credit. Please note that custom orders are final and cannot be canceled.

Yes, we ship most items worldwide. Our website can calculate shipping costs based on your postcode. If you encounter any issues, please email us at hello@mcmullinandco.com with the following details, and we’ll provide you with a quote:

1. The item(s) you wish to purchase (including size, colour, and quantity if applicable)
2. Your full contact details
3. Your full billing and shipping address

Yes! Once your order is ready for collection, our warehouse team will reach out to you with our address and available collection times.

For pre-ordered items, we provide an estimated arrival date for when they will reach our Australian warehouse. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse by the end of the month listed on the product page at the time of your purchase. For example, if the website states "Pre-order arrival - June," you can expect your goods to be dispatched by June 30th.

Please note that the arrival date at our warehouse is subject to change due to various factors, which may sometimes result in unexpected delays.
